Common questions about coverage and cost.

We're currently working on getting Clear Vision Clinic credentialed and in-network with the same insurance plans Dr. Covey has accepted at her current clinic. So far we're in-network with 6 Degrees Health, Aetna, and Arkansas Municipal Health, and we're awaiting approval with Medicare and other major plans. We'll update this list as each credentialing process is completed. We do not participate with Medicaid or vision insurance plans. If you're unsure whether your plan is accepted, give us a call and we're happy to check.
Payment arrangements can be made before your appointment. Please call our office to discuss options.
Standard monofocal lenses are typically covered by Medicare and most insurance. Premium lens options (toric, multifocal, LAL) usually involve an out-of-pocket cost — we'll walk through pricing during your consultation.
