Insurance & Credentialing

Clear Vision Clinic is in-network with all major local insurers. Credentialing is still pending with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, the PASSE program, and Medicaid. Please call or text us at 479-425-3541 before your patient's scheduled appointment so we can confirm we're in-network for their specific plan.

A Quick Note on Location

Dr. Covey is currently still seeing patients at her current clinic. Any patient with an appointment scheduled after October 12, 2026 should simply show up at our new location, 1651 E Stearns St, Ste 110, Fayetteville — the appointment itself doesn't change. All medical records and imaging transfer automatically, so there's nothing extra your office or your patient needs to do. We will keep referring offices updated as this transition progresses.

Patients referred for cataract surgery return to their referring optometrist for postoperative and ongoing primary eye care whenever appropriate.

We built Clear Vision Clinic around a referral-based model — we're not trying to become your patient's full-time eye care home. We handle the surgical and medical retina/glaucoma care that requires a specialist, and your patients come back to you for their glasses, contacts, and ongoing primary eye care.
