Building Clear Vision Clinic has given me the rare opportunity to do something most physicians only dream about: create the kind of workplace I've always wanted to be a part of.
I believe deeply in fostering a positive, supportive environment — one where everyone on the team feels valued, respected, and genuinely excited to come to work. I want to lift and support the people around me, and I'm looking for teammates who want to do the same. We will be taking care of patients together in Northwest Arkansas, and that work matters.
My philosophy is simple: assume positive intent. Always. When something goes sideways — and it will, because that's medicine — I want us to start from a place of trust, not blame.
